Loews Theater (old Kon-Tiki) 1992

The Loews Theater at 4100 Salem Avenue. Originally named The Kon Tiki when it opened in 1968. In 1987,the theater was renamed Salem Avenue Cinemas, then later became Loews Salem Avenue. The building was demolished in 2005. Photograph courtesy of Curt Dalton.
