JeffN, Mr. Houser passed away a few weeks ago. FYI.
I do remember a fire at the Page Manor Shopping Center, but it occurred decades ago. Bicycling was my means of motivation, also. Did you go to Page Manor School and Stebbins like I did?

I too was one of those kids that habituated Spinning rd.
I went to Page Manor and Stebbins grad '65 we probably know or heard of each other.
Did you happen to go to Eastview pool? Great Summers!
Housers had THE best chocolate malts.
