OK! I have read all about the parkmoors and the search for the one on Salem at Superior. Well I lived on Superior and ate at that particular Parkmoor a few times. The chicken was awesome. The resturant was on the northwest corner katty-corner from longfellow. If you walked towards salem from broadway as I did parkmoor was on your left and kroger was on the right. There also was a bar next to kroger which is where I saw my first dead body. poor fellow lost a duel right in the middle of a sunday afternoon as we were driving by.
By the way I have never seen anyone mention ' Golden Point'
resturant. They proceeded all the other burger joints on salem ave,but they didn't last. Ever eat at one?

There was also a Parkmoor on Salem near the Salem Drive-In Theatre. There was another Golden Point on Gettysburg near Hoover and one on Germantown Street. There are remnants still standing of the building on Germantown St. The "point" is still visible.

Going north on Salem right before you get to Wolf Rd, there's a drive-in building still standing on the right side of the road. It's located across the street and a little south from where the Kon-Tiki was.

In the back of the building, the covered parking places where the carhops would bring you your food are still there. Anyone know the name of the place?

KennyE11 - Thanks for the answer. I drive by there at least once a week and I always wondered what the name of the place was.
