Ya know, it sucks getting old. I remember long time ago when working for DPL during one of the bad ice storms, maybe around 81, 82. I remember falling down at least a dozen times on an ice covered sidewalk. If I fell now I would break something or couldn't get up. I think I was around Indianola off of North Main. See David, and others. Where are you guys. I miss the guys that posted from the last few years. TLturbo.Where are the oldies ?

HEY - who ya calling an OLDIE?? ha ha Just teasing and I know what ya mean - getting old sucks. Things we hurt or broke as kids now are cronic pains. I wrote you once before suggesting that since we live 10 minutes apart, we should meet and get together at PA Grill or someplace for dinner and chat. It would be fun to have another Dayton local to chat with. We live in Lake Charleston.

I was born in the summer of 1942 and the best part is that each morning that I wake up is one less day that I will wake up. lol If being a species of animal adrift in limitless space on a clump of space compost and orbiting a huge fireball is the zenith of life, I will pass. The human species do not know how to make peace and yet all are related by blood. Humans are not the brightest bulbs on the planet, that would be the larger brained and faster memory dolphins and other aquatics who have over 10 times the area as the dry land species of animal. If anyone said that I would be a human forever, I'd have to run and hide. Rod All life in the universe is evolving and will continue to evolve and with eternity in the equation, the possibilities of life have no limit.

Hi guys... it's me, Cindi. I am old, I would like to join the old club please. May I come back and play with all of you?? I have been sick and today I remembered a song my Mother sang to me and I sang to my kids and now my grandkids. "Playmate, come out and play with me, and bring your dollies three, climb up my apple tree, look down my rain barrel, slide down my cellar door and we'll be jolly friends forever more"........ I miss all of you. Max, may I return, Keugene, Becky, Tlturbo, Curt???? I don't want to grow old alone. Dave is busy being young. Keep me posted. Miss all of you.. many I didn't mention. ~ Cindi

Hey guys, how about joining me for a full court basketball game? I just turned 70 and figure I only have about ten or twelve more years that I'll be able to play the game. No longer can hit the long ball in softball anymore so I have to run hard to get more than one base. Getting older really does suck but it beats the heck out of not getting older.
