Anybody got any old Dayton Newspapers from 1957 to 1970. I'm looking for one with the Drive In Movie listings. Back when it took two pages for all of them.

I was at the downtown library last year, they have all the old papers on microfiche. They make it easy to use, gave me a demo. Once you find what you are looking for you can print stuff also, pretty cool.

I need to do that with some old stuff. I want to see the old Big Time Wrestling ads from the shows I attended.

The library downtown also has the hard copies of the newspapers. It is a bit more of a bother, but they will pull them out if you'd like to take a camera down and get a shot of the pages instead. The microfilm is great, but a bit scratched if you want to print something out that looks original. They even have a camera stand you can use for free. Do have months and years in mind and maybe only ask for 4 or 5 each time as they are monster books, each holding a months worth of newspaper. Or look on the microfilm, and if you see something you can't live without, then ask for them to pull the book to take a picture of it.
