Since Curt brought up the Once Upon A Time section, it made me think about the area around where I lived that is now the Fairfield Commons Mall area. I always wondered about who lived in a couple places there. So if you lived in the Mall area in late 60, early 70's maybe you know who lived in these houses.

1/4 mile S of New Germany on Bellbrook Fairfield there was a house set back on the East side that had a pond behind it.
1/4 mile E on NGT from same intersection was a pretty stone house on the S side.
Just before the entrance to Brook Hollow (where I lived) across the street was a long drive going N back to a farmhouse.
There were 2 barns across NGT from Cross Country that were torn down to build College Hills. The farm house where the people lived was just a tad bit nore East.

Always wondered who lived in these places that I roamed around back then.

Thanks Terry

I specifically remember a very rundown green house, really not much more than a shack, on the corner of Fairfield and NGT, basically where "Five Guys" is now. Used to drive past it everyday, always wondered what happened to those folks. I got the impression they were not in the best shape financially. If they owned that property, hopefully the made out well selling it to the developers.
