As far as I can remember it was called the Moraine Embassy in that era too. It was part of the Moraine Hotel which later became known as the Schwind Bldg. My great aunt, Louise Schwind (nee Schamel) had an apt. in the hotel for many years (circa 1915-1955). She was the widow of a Dayton brewer and real estate owner. The Schwind Bldg. was imploded a couple of months ago.
