Just found on this website information on all the toy companies that dayton had and pictures of the toys. Many looked like cast iron and would have value today. If you haven't been on this site there's a lot of history and I found it to be very interesting.

Please supply site address. Some of my Family lived in Kenton and one daughter married a Bixler who owned Bixler Toys. Indeed, they were cast iron and worth a lot today.

Turbo go to site search then www.daytontoycompanies.com you have several sites to chose from. Just about everything I have found on curts website I found by accident but was glad I did.
