Not sure about the Shroyer rd decorations but Schantz ave every year has decorations all along the boulevard that the students have done. During the Christmas season the city does their own decorating along Far Hills which isvery lite up and beautiful. Same for Lincoln Park in Kettering and along route 48 into Centerville. All lift the spirit and warm the heart.

I believe you are refering to what is called SCARECROW ROW.It is over ten blocks of very neat scenes of halloween and worth the trip.Very unique and not heavily advertised especially for kids of all ages.Walk if you can however speed limit is only 25 and you can pull over and look with out a problem.
