As a small kid who resided in Shiloh on East Dale Drive during the 1950s, I seem to remember that a home for retired Catholic Nuns was located near East Dale on N. Main. However, no one else seems to remember this......did I dream this up?

Doug, I believe you are refering to Mercy Siena. Thedy have Independent Living, Assisted Care Living, and a Full Care Nursing/Rehab facility. It used to be nuns that lived there, and worked there. I believe
it was part of The Sisters of Charity order who opened the facility.
