I remember there being a Putt-Putt course somewhere aroung where Needmore crosses I-75. Remeber their jingle about "With everybody out playing Putt-Putt, there'd be nobody left to play war" ? Man, if only they'd been able to sell the Viet Cong a franchise..

I went to school and was friends with the daughter of Mr. Campbell. After he died, his wife and daughter and son-in-law closed the putt-putt course but they kept the driving range going for several years. But they eventually closed that a few years ago because it got too time consuming. But Campbell's on Rt. 35 was a good place to play Putt-Putt in the 70s.

Yep. They had three 18 hole courses and on Mondays they had "Dollar Day". Play all day for just a dollar.
