I have asked before, but I am really hoping that someone has the recipe for Rikes creamed chicken that was served in a glass hen. Also, the recipe for the "Pheasant Stock"'s house salad. Thank you! I can be emailed at cathywells1025@gmail.com.

I wish I had the recipe to Rike's Danish. It was so flaky, fresh with a white frosting on top. Just absolutely the tops. I was addicted to them!

Even as kids we loved to go to the mezzanine at Rikes and have their chicken salad. Believe they also had a bakery and their angel food cake was wonderful. They also had a pretty up scale restaurant called The Coin Room.
