Does anyone remember this restaurant on North Main Street? Had many a sandwich/meal there!!

Yes, I do. There were two of them actually. The other was at Far Hills & Whipp. The specialty was overstuffed deli style sandwiches. The one at N. Main was decorated in a "rustic" manner. Went there many times with family and a group of others. Generally on a Thursday night. They had a rueben that was very memorable!

When I was first married in 1964 we lived at 61 Marathon Ave.just a block from the Upper Crust on North Main.We often got sandwiches there.I loved that huge Rueben!

I forgot about the Upper Krust at the Salem Mall. It was only there a hot minute I think. Didn't it go in where the MCL cafeteria was at one point?

Was this a locally owned chain or franchises? Seems like I ate at an Upper Krust somewhere other than Dayton. Cincy or Columbus, maybe?
