Thanks hunt and the same to you and yours. This is a wonderful site and as long as there's still old timers and their memories the younger amongst us will know how wonderful our city was and what it offered. MERRY CHRISTMAS to all our old and new friends.

hunt69, Merry Christmas to you ...and as you shared with us all, Merry Christmas to all of our missed friends, Merry Christmas Davey, miss you still. So many heroes from the past and present. Never forget them this Christmas season.

Merry Christmas to everyone that posts here. I'm probably considered one of the youngsters (I'm 47). But its been quite an education finding out things about Dayton that I didn't know. And blowing the cobwebs out of my memory and recalling things that had gathered dust

I, too, wish you all happy holidays. Thanks so much for continuing to come here and share your memories. As some of you know, due to some health problems, I am not as active on this site as I once was. I only mention this so that all of you know that I still care about the mission behind this site - to continue to keep alive the history of this good city - and to have a place for those lucky enough to have grown up here to reconnect.

To those who celebrate: May everyone's holidays be joyful, peaceful and happy, especially the people who drop in here.

And, to those who don't celebrate: please remember to be patient with those that do and may you have a bright future in the new year.

Merry Christmas to all my friends here. Thanks for the memories, the laughs and sometimes tears. Thanks for bringing back the good things from childhood to me and so many others.
Especially thanks to Curt for making it all possible.

Had a wonderful Christmas but as with us all the prep takes forever and the event doesn't last but a couple of hours. Hard to believe its over. Hope you all stayed safe and enjoyed time with family and friends.
