I am looking for a picture of Vargo's restaurant. It was located at 2374 W Riverview Ave at the southeast corner of Vernon Drive (that little strip of Vernon on the south side of the street, not to be confused with Lukacs across the street).
This was probably the only building alongside the Dayton Tire & Rubber Company (2342 W. Riverview Ave.).
This was one of the places John Dillinger dined with Mary Longnaker during at least one of his 1933 visits. Don't know how long the restaurant was in business.
I thought maybe someone might have a photo of the outside of the D,T&R Co taken from that side which might also show the restaurant.
