Anybody know the history of the brick building at 6515 N Dixie Dr, current a neighborhood bar/restaurant called "Maggie's Place"? Apparently the building was an elementary school until something in the mid 30s. The bar has been there for as far back as I can remember, however.

Calhoun - luv my dayton started a topic on 9/21/14 titled "mont.county schools", with a suggestion on searching for oldohioschools.com [hopefully my post won't go to the Spam folder for this reference].
On that website, there is an entry for the "11-A School" at 6515 N. Dixie Dr., built in 1904, closed in 1932, with linked photos of the vintage school and the modern bar.
I tried to search for more information online, but I didn't see anything during a cursory search.
